Brief Description of Company or Position

Assist with the overall chapter communications and marketing initiatives. Some opportunities include the implementation of chapter marketing materials including, but not limited to: Website, e-news, Press Releases, Posters, Flyers, Postcards, Brochures, Tent Cards, Video production, Social Media, Banners, Signage, Photography, Audio/Video presentations and Multi-media presentations.

Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the VP of Communications, in coordination with the communications committee and the Board of Directors. Immediate needs include the ongoing maintenance of the new chapter Website in the areas of: Assist with editorial content and photo development, Calendar of events, Media Gallery, Posting of newsletters, Solicitation of Banner ads, Job board and resume Postings

Qualifications Required

Strong communication skills. Organized and detailed orientated with the ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to take the lead on key projects and see them through completion. Design skills, knowledge of Constant Contact and general communications skills a plus.
