We work with organizations that hold offsite meetings by assisting the planner with the site selection process from RFP development through contract signature. We have developed a methodology that consistently saves our clients time and money, everywhere in the world! We are seeking highly motivated professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong sales skills and experience developing and servicing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Account Executive Role: • Build a client portfolio by prospecting, cold calling and networking • Provide clients with hotel/venue sourcing services, including: o Creating and sending a request for proposal based on client’s program specifications o Researching destinations and venues o Preparing comprehensive reports for bid comparison and program cost savings analysis • Contract negotiation assistance • Post meeting client consultation

Qualifications Required

Education: 3-5 years hotel sales or meeting planning background

Salary Range & Benefits: 0 - 150,000 no earnings cap
